General Pricing
Apartman rates
To rent an individual apartment (outside of high season – July and August) please get in touch with me by mail or mobile phone.
During the summer season (May to October), we rent only the ground floor and accommodate up to 7 guests.
Organising retreats or team building for small groups is possible.
The minimum stay in the high season is 7 days, and in other periods is 4 days.
During July / August, you can book only from Saturday to Saturday.
It is possible to pay with cash, bank transfer, credit cards (Master, Maestro and Visa) and Revolut.
We charge 30% of the advance payment for the reservation.
We charge 200 € for a deposit (we will gladly return it if nothing is damaged)

Cancelacion Policy
Cancellation policy for the high season (July – August)
- Reservations cancelled sixty (60) days or more before the date of arrival we will send back all the money you paid in advance.
- Reservations cancelled less than sixty (60) days before the date of arrival advance payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation policy for the rest of the year
- Reservations cancelled thirty (30) days or more before the date of arrival we will send back all the money you paid in advance.
- Reservations cancelled less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival advance payments are non-refundable.
