The first apartment is on the ground floor and is 100 m2 with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It can accommodate six people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, and oven. The apartment features air conditioning and a satellite TV. On the south side is a big terrace facing a swimming pool and green forest.

On the first floor is a second apartment with 100 m2. It consists of three bedrooms and two showers. It can accommodate six people. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. On the south side is a big terrace with a forest view.
Location
Villa Anadi is situated in Okrug Donji, 11 km from Trogir (UNESCO-protected medieval city), 35 km from Split and was created on the foundations of a Roman imperial palace. In a peaceful setting surrounded by pine forests and olive trees, just 200 meters from the sea and pebble beach, Villa Anadi offers serenity and relaxation to those seeking peace from the busy modern world. Individuals, couples, and families can find a place under the sun next to the pool and children’s playground, as well as peace and enjoyment under the shade of one of the three pavilions.

Villa Anadi is a private Mediterranean villa designed for families and small groups looking for peace, comfort, and privacy.
For regular holiday stays, guests enjoy the spacious ground floor, which comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The living area includes four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room, and a large covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding pine forest.
Outside, guests can relax in the 32 m² private swimming pool, enjoy more than 1,000 m² of landscaped gardens, prepare meals on the barbecue, or unwind in one of several shaded outdoor seating areas. Children have plenty of space to play, while adults can enjoy the quiet Mediterranean atmosphere.
Retreats and Workshops
Villa Anadi is also home to wellness, breathing, yoga, meditation, and personal development retreats. During these special events, the accommodation can be expanded to host up to 13 participants, using both the ground floor and additional accommodation on the upper floor.
