It has a fully equipped kitchen with a freezer, dishwasher, and oven. The apartment features air conditioning and a satellite TV. On the south side is a big terrace facing a swimming pool and green forest.

On the first floor is a second apartment with 100 m2. It consists of three bedrooms and two showers. It can accommodate six people. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. On the south side is a big terrace with a forest view.
Location
Villa Anadi is situated in Okrug Donji, 11 km from Trogir (UNESCO-protected medieval city), 35 km from Split and was created on the foundations of a Roman imperial palace. In a peaceful setting surrounded by pine forests and olive trees, just 200 meters from the sea and pebble beach, Villa Anadi offers serenity and relaxation to those seeking peace from the busy modern world. Individuals, couples, and families can find a place under the sun next to the pool and children’s playground, as well as peace and enjoyment under the shade of one of the three pavilions.
Villa
The villa consists of two apartments: one on the ground floor and a second on the first floor. The villa has an area of more than 200 m² and an additional area of more than 1000 m² surrounding the villa. It can accommodate up to twelve people across six bedrooms. It features two kitchens, five and a half bathrooms, two living rooms, and two covered terraces that face south.
The 32 m2 pool and 100 m2 plateau provide ample space for all guests to enjoy. Whether you prefer a leisurely float on a mattress, a refreshing swim, or a fun game in the pool, the choice is yours for a memorable vacation.
Each apartment is equipped with a modern kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer. The living room features a TV with satellite reception, and WiFi is available throughout the property. A pebble beach, offering plenty of shade, is just 200 m from the villa. A local store is a convenient 2-minute walk away, and larger shopping malls can be found in Trogir or towards Split.
Over 1000 m2 surrounds the villa, which offers guests the freedom to relax with a view of the green landscape and blue sea. The surroundings are safe for guests. Near the Villa itself, inside the fenced area, it is possible to park up to 6 cars.
